The children were properly dressed this morning. Leotards and matching red dresses with bows affixed their hair. Scampering and giggling and playing in the way that children do, with wide eyes and optimistically half-filled glasses.

I felt like another stranger.

I came from the other side. The other place. The cross-country bus ride. My nativity belongs elsewhere, not here. I'm reminded of that from time to time. I'm reminded of it tonight especially.

I have no family here. And no snow to keep me distracted. Second year without snow. Second year being here.

Holy carp, hahaha. I kind of freaked out. She looks amazing. The way you style the ponies just makes them seem that much more awesome. o_o You add a new level of adorable. Squire's pony is perfect, I love the background. Thank you so much for your work!
